Export Notes Address Book to Excel

How do I export Notes Address Book from Lotus Notes to Excel (including email addresses) ?

Method 1: Go get the FULL Version of SysTools Notes Address Book Converter software to Convert Lotus Notes Contacts to Excel. Full version software allows you to quickly export notes contacts to excel file.

Method 2: Run SysTools Notes Address Book Converter.

  • Browse or Locate  names.nsf file
  • Click Scan Notes Contacts button. 
  • When Software will complete the scanning, Click Save to Outlook Contacts button.
  • Exit Notes Address Book Converter Software.

Open Microsoft Outlook. Go to Contacts Tab at the side bottom of the Ms Outlook Window. Then you will see that Lotus Notes Contacts have already been added to your MS Outlook Contacts.

In MS Outlook, go to File Menu > Import and Export… Then Import and Export Wizard Window will Pop up as follows:

Choose Export to a File, and Click Next button. Then Export to a File Window will Pop Up as follows:

Choose Micrsoft Excel, Click Next Button. Then Export to a File Window will Pop Up as follows:

Choose Contacts and click Next button. After this you will be asked to browse the path to save MS Excel File. Then Save and Open MS Excel file that includes all you Lotus Notes Contacts.

    While searching on the net for a free tool to export my notes email addresses to excel file, I came across your software on http://www.download.com/Notes-Address-Book-Converter/3000-2369_4-10784954.html page.

    I tested your tool and it works great for me. Though it costs me a few $ !, but I purchased your tool. Your software works like a breeze ! I am really happy the way it quickly exports my contacts to excel file.

    Perfect tool for us ! I freaked a lot in search of a good tool to export notes users contacts to outlook but does not able to found a fully working tool. Nice piece of software :) Three cheers for the developers of this software.

    Now software supports Notes 8.0, 7.0, 6.5, 5.0 Address Book Conversion.

    Now more faster and accurate.
